ORLANDO, Fla. — Officers with the Orlando Police Department are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Wednesday morning on Ivey Lane.
Police said officers responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 12:48 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in the 700 block of Ivey Lane. Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was later identified as Celebrity Green, a 20-year-old woman. She was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries, according to police.
Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting, including whether any suspects have been identified.
Police said the case remains an active and ongoing investigation, and further information is being withheld to protect the integrity of the investigation.
