
ORLANDO, Fla. — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a March homicide that occurred on North Orange Blossom Trail, according to the Orlando Police Department.
On March 16, 2025, at approximately 1:33 a.m., Orlando Police officers responded to the 5200 block of North Orange Blossom Trail after reports of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle containing a female passenger and a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim, later identified as 26-year-old Jared A. Kinloch, was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
During the investigation, detectives interviewed the female passenger, who indicated the shooting occurred during a drug transaction.
Today, the Orlando Police Department’s Fugitive Unit apprehended Rayshawn L. Harris (Black/Male, Date of Birth: March 6, 2008) in connection with the incident. Harris has been charged with First Degree Murder with a Firearm and Attempted Robbery with a Firearm.
Harris joins previously arrested suspect Damian B. Burden (White/Male, Date of Birth: November 3, 2007), who faces identical charges of First Degree Murder with a Firearm and Attempted Robbery with a Firearm.
Police confirmed that no other suspects are outstanding.
