Orange County Government proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone—Teresa Williams has dedicated 30 years of service to our community, shaping the future of thousands of children and families through her work in early childhood education.
Throughout her distinguished career, Teresa has been a steadfast leader and advocate for young learners. Her journey began as a Teacher Assistant, and over the years, she has held numerous key roles, including Teacher, Center Supervisor, Field Operations Supervisor, and now Program Manager for Orange County’s Head Start program. In her current role, Teresa oversees operations at 23 Head Start preschool locations across the county, ensuring children receive the high-quality education and care they deserve.
Her unwavering commitment to excellence has earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and families alike. Teresa’s accomplishments include being honored with the Leadership Award for Teachers, the Outstanding Support Award, and the Peer-to-Peer Award—testaments to her dedication, passion, and positive influence within the Head Start community.
Teresa’s impact extends beyond classrooms; her leadership has inspired countless educators and helped shape a brighter future for the children of Orange County.
