On June 23, 2023, at approximately 9:46 p.m., Orlando Police Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the 500 block of Verbena Court. Upon arrival, they located a subject inside the residence who had an apparent gunshot wound. The Orlando Fire Department (OFD) responded to the scene. The victim succumbed to his injuries. The victim was identified as Pedro Bautista-Sanchez (H/M 46yoa).
On today’s date Jose Antonio Sanchez (H/M 33yoa) was arrested by members of our Fugitive Investigative Unit. Orlando Police Homicide Detectives have charged Sanchez with First Degree Murder and Burglary of a dwelling with a firearm.
