LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Out of thousands of applications from all over the country, three Orlando-area students with big goals and a passion for possibility have been selected to join the 2026 Disney Dreamers Academy, a transformative mentorship experience at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The newly announced class will take part in a magical, career-inspiring multi-day program designed to empower the next generation of leaders through mentorship, education and immersive experiences.
Orlando-area students are among the 100 selected students nationwide that Disney revealed today ahead of the Martin Luther King Day holiday. Walt Disney World created the annual mentoring program to inspire teens to dream beyond their wildest imaginations.
The three students from the Orlando-area selected to participate in the 2026 Disney Dreamers Academy are:

Nathan K. Orlando FL
During the multi-day program at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disney Dreamers will hear from Disney executives and celebrities through workshops and seminars designed to elevate their career goals. Students will gain exposure to a variety of professional paths while building essential skills including communication, leadership and networking. And, of course, they will spend plenty of time experiencing the magic of the iconic Walt Disney World theme parks.The 100 Disney Dreamers are selected from thousands of applicants who answer essay questions about their personal stories and dreams for the future. Selected students and a parent or guardian enjoy an all-expense paid trip to Walt Disney World. The program is an important part of Disney’s commitment to support students from a variety of diverse communities by encouraging the next generation to think and dream big.
Past graduates of the program have become storytellers, artists, engineers, innovators, journalists and more, and have transitioned into mentors to the Disney Dreamers who follow them.
