In what will undoubtedly be named the newest and most amazing luxury resort here in Orlando, Evermore opened its doors in January 2024. This fantastic getaway resort, replete with all the bells and whistles one could ever hope for, has claimed bragging rights to Orlando’s first beach paradise and rightly so. It is truly mindful of the Caribbean without the plane ride or the U.S. Customs protocol.
With sumptuous living spaces laid out with accommodations geared to your having an over the top experience whether in a vacation home, one of the villas, or the four bedroom/4 bathroom flats, nothing has been left out. It’s all here for you to thoroughly enjoy once you step onto the Evermore property.
The planning of this amazing family and or corporate host, took all of five years but its glaringly apparent that the attention to detail has been nothing short of meticulous. With an uncanny ability to address large families or groups, (nine and/ or eleven bedroom accommodations each with suite bathrooms), kitchens appointed with customized counter spaces and state of the art stainless steel appliances, as well as eating /dining spaces for enjoying family meals together. And if you are a smaller group, the attention to detail still resonates.
With lavishly laid out vacation homes which include individual pools laid out with outdoor living spaces, private bars and an atmosphere so serene, it actually may encourage you to never leave the home site for a day or so, your relaxation and enjoyment is guaranteed from day one.
Concierge services include access to your own personal chef, bartender and/or grocery shopping which goes along with the two stainless steel refrigerators within each unit. Family style living at its best is what is being addressed here.
Of course, you can elect to go with slightly less opulent accommodations and utilize the “Flats,” which will easily accommodate four bedrooms/4 bathrooms and offers 1800 to 1950 square feet of living space. These units can still sleep up to 11 guests comfortably and include a “bunk room” within each flat. Throughout every elevation, each living space is laid out meticulously with a clear design for guest enjoyment. Make no mistake, the Flats are also sumptuously laid out with all the requisite tools for an incredible and impressive experience.
The Villas (formerly known as the Villas of Grand Cypress) include 2 bedroom units comprised of 1800 square feet and four bedroom units with 2800 square foot. Sleeping up to 16 guests, these spacious and well appointed venues allow for private villa pool access.
The Flats, connected with an actual boardwalk , lead directly to the amazing 20 acre Evermore Bay. The Bay is activity rich and crystal clear welcoming your swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking , and more. Even a family slide is available as it includes 8 acres of amazing water access. Although the Bay is 8 feet deep in the center , it has multiple zero entry points and is twelve feet deep in the center.
There are also cabanas, hammocks and premium pool float devices available at no charge for your day to night recreational enjoyment. . Try the fire pits for all around fun and include marshmallows to toast in a night of fire pit inspired fun. .
And yes, there are also amazingly laid out work out spaces outfitted with state of the art equipment, machinery, weights and all the required elements needed to get you and/or keep you in fantastic shape. Multiple fitness centers, a Peloton Studio plus in home options are available.
If you’re up for golf, you will want to experience the two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses. Each offers incredible sight lines, emerald green turf and bright white bunkers. A par -3 experience can be had on the Grand Cypress course along with a true island green experience.
When checking into an Evermore Vacation Home, concierge services are available. Extensive perks compliment your experience and include many services not usually imagined. Try the signature drinks which include the Tropical pleasure, made with coconut and pineapple juices and/ or the Cucumber Lime Slim made with strawberries , cucumber and lime juice. Both were delicious and refreshingly light. Your own bartender can be engaged too. Just make the call and these tropical delights can be made at your own in-house bar area at anytime throughout your stay.

Try Barbara’s Beach Bar before a lovely dinner at one of the tropical inspired restaurants and bars. For event planning, nothing says it like weddings, showers, Bar Mitzvahs, etc. The Boathouse has capacity for 110 guests and can be utilized for corporate events as well. Catering services are available along with in depth planning by a culinary staff that is amazingly accomplished. Evermore To Your Door offers grocery delivery, ready to heat meals, catering, private chefs and in unit bartenders.
With four full service restaurants, five quick service options, five bars and lounges as well as an ice cream truck, there is no shortage of attention to detail when it comes to your dining experience.
The Conrad Orlando, a five star hotel, is also located within Evermore, offering luxurious amenities including dining, spa and fitness facilities on an individual room/ per night basis. There is also a full service spa and salon within the Conrad Hotel. You can try one of the five unique dining experiences available which also include an elevated Mexican rooftop restaurant.
You can also simply relax in the tropical tranquility of Hammock Grove on one of the eight hammocks located there. If you are not transported mentally to the Caribbean at that point, no one would ever know.
