Two Arrested in Deadly Shooting Near Oak Ridge Road

Orlando, Fla. — Authorities have arrested two suspects in connection with a fatal shooting that left a young man dead and a woman injured Sunday night.

Jasmyah Gabriel Estrada (01/26/2007) was arrested on a charge of Felony Murder Third Degree.

Deputies responded to a vehicle crash near Oak Ridge Road and South John Young Parkway around 8:30 p.m. on March 9, 2025. Upon arrival, they found two gunshot victims inside the vehicle. The investigation revealed that the shooting took place in the 5900 block of Casa Del Rey Circle before the victims’ car came to a stop at the crash site.

David Germosen was arrested on a charge of Second-Degree Murder

 

The male victim, identified as 18-year-old Edson Gordiano, was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. A woman in her 20s, who was also in the vehicle, survived with non-life-threatening injuries and is receiving medical treatment.

Following the investigation, deputies arrested two suspects:

  • David Germosen, 20, who has been charged with Second-Degree Murder
  • Jasmyah Gabriel Estrada, 17, who faces a charge of Third-Degree Felony Murder

Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the motive behind the shooting or the suspects’ connection to the victims. The investigation remains ongoing.
