On Thursday, a motion filed by Regina Hill’s attorney Fritz Scheller, slammed the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s allegations that City of Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill stole money from a 96-year-old woman.
Hill’s attorney was seeking the 96-year-old woman’s medical records to prove her competency when Hill was her power of attorney. The judge granted the request.
In the motion, Scheller also referred to The Florida Sun’s coverage of the case against Commissioner Hill.
