President Biden’s Campaign Hires New Operatives in Florida

The Biden-Harris campaign and the Florida Democratic Party are announcing the hiring of a strong team of operatives to lead campaign efforts in Florida. These new hires will join state director Jasmine Burney-Clark and senior advisors Phillip Jerez and Jackie Lee. 

The campaign is proud to announce the following leaders have joined the Florida Democratic coordinated team:

  • Cramer Verde, Political Director

    • Cramer Verde has worked on several campaigns, including as political director on Nikki Fried’s campaign for governor, deputy political director for Charlie Crist’s campaign for governor, state director of League of United Latin American Citizens, and political director for Southwest Florida on President Biden’s 2020 campaign. He was a member of the ACLU of Florida Board of Directors and attended the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Cramer is also a former president of the Democratic Hispanic Caucus of Florida.

  • Kyle Alexandre, Deputy Political Director

    • Kyle Alexandre previously served as Vice President of Public Policy for the Realtors Association and as the Government and Industry Relations Manager with Walt Disney World. Kyle has served as a Chief Legislative Aide in the Florida Senate and House of Representatives. She is the Owner of  4 Eleven Political Consulting, LLC. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Tuskegee University and a Masters of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University. She is a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Links Incorporated member.

  • Brittney Geathers, Coalitions Director

    • Brittney Geathers has more than ten years of national, state, and local campaign experience, including serving as the African American Vote Director for the Biden campaign in Florida in 2020. Brittney is active in the Democratic Black Caucus of Florida, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Young Democrats, League of Women Voters, NAACP, and the Democratic Club of North Florida, and formerly was an AFSCME union member. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University and received an MBA from Florida A&M University.

  • Milton Vázquez, Deputy Coalitions Director

    • Milton Vázquez has worked on more than a dozen electoral and community campaigns, including serving as Hispanic Coalitions Director for Secretary Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. He has also worked on various issue-based campaigns for many organizations, including Enroll America, Hispanic Federation, Bring It Home Florida, and most recently, the United Teachers of Dade. He attended Florida State University.

  • Tiffany Hughes, Chief Operating Officer

    • Tiffany Hughes is the owner of Brite Hire, an operations management consulting firm. She has served as Director of Philanthropy for Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, led the Orange County NAACP, where she was elected the youngest president in branch history, and served as president of the Orange County League of Women Voters, one of the largest leagues in the country. Tiffany is a graduate of the Florida International University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and attends Northland Church.

  • Quinten Simmons, Deputy Operations Director

    • Quinten Simmons has over fifteen years of leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and project management. He has been recognized as being a change-maker in bridging gaps between organizations and the communities they serve.

  • Karol Molinares, Communications Director

    • As a native Venezuelan who grew up in South Florida, Karol Molinares has over 10 years of political communications in Florida, including most recently as Communications Director for U.S. House of Representatives Congresswoman, Frederica Wilson (FL-24) and LPAC. Her expertise extends to the Florida legislature and includes serving under the historic administration of Florida’s first Democratic female Commissioner of Agriculture, Nikki Fried. Karol holds both a B.S. and an M.S. degree from Florida State University.

  • Travis Brooks, Data Director

    • Travis Brooks has worked on campaigns for 16 years. He served as Deputy Data Director for Virginia during the 2012 Obama campaign and as Florida Data Director for NextGen Climate, the NAACP, and State Voices Florida from 2019-2024. He attended the University of Central Florida.

  • Adam Ginsburg, Voter Protection Director

    • Adam Ginsburg has multiple cycles of experience in voter protection, organizing, and communications experience in the voting rights and democracy reform space—including time at nonprofits and on campaigns. In 2022, he was deputy voter protection director for the Florida Democratic Party’s coordinated campaign and, most recently, worked in communications at the Campaign Legal Center, a nonpartisan voting rights organization. Before that, he also worked at FairVote and coordinated campaigns in Georgia and Iowa.

  • Laurence Khan, Content and Mobilization Director

    • Laurence Khan was most recently a Senior Advisor for We Are Más, a multilingual strategy firm specializing in countering disinformation. He previously served as Integrated Communications Director for Hard Knocks Strategies, a South Florida-based voter contact firm. Before that, he advised the Rockefeller Foundation on digital strategy and worked on distributed digital for Beto O’Rourke’s 2018 Senate campaign.
