On February 28th at approximately 11 p.m., officers were called to the 3300 block of Ironwedge Drive in reference to a shooting. Multiple shots were reported at the intersection of Ironwedge and S. Lake Orlando Parkway. Responding officers located the deceased victim, James Jerry Williams III (B/M 21yoa). Video shows the decedent firing the first shot before being killed by a second individual armed with a firearm.
Today, Daiquan Noah Robinson (B/M 20yoa) was arrested by our Fugitive Investigative Unit. Robinson is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder with a Firearm, Shooting Into an Occupied Vehicle and Carrying a Concealed Firearm.
