Field House Trinity, located at 2510 Merchant Avenue in Odessa Florida, is a sanctuary. During these rough times of covid-19 and unemployment, a group of people have bonded together to provide a much needed distraction and safehaven for the youth in the area. Led by BJ Hall, and other people of good moral standing, a youth program with football ties is nestled in the community just outside of Tampa. With the timing- that couldn’t be any better; considering that the Super Bowl is in Tampa for the first time ever with its own team playing in it. a group of adults have assembled to teach children about discipline, hard work, and respecting their fellow attendants doing the drills next to them.
Fieldhouse Trinity has found a way to incorporate music, exercise, and values to a football facility for up and coming kids to have a chance to properly learn the game. It’s grand opening is this week. A full and complete schedule is available if interested. The adult boot camp is Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. . The youth speed and agility is Monday Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. . The youth strength and conditioning is Monday and Wednesday 6:30 p.m. through 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. . The high school and college speed/agility workouts is held Monday an Wednesday, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturdays 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. . High school and college strength and conditioning classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. Classes are also available on Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m..
If you have an aspiring offensive or defensive linemen, Marcus Applefield is willing to train your youth on Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. He also offers a strength and agility class on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. .
A local father who lives in Odessa, named Justin, informed me that it was an excellent location and he knew some of the people who currently work there. It is a top-notch facility, and he would rather send his children to people he knows he can trust. Field House Trinity has already won over the community, and could use a little more attention for the youth in the Tampa Bay area.
