Per the Orange County Sheriff’s Office:
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, around 2 a.m., deputies responded to the area of Pershing Avenue and
Goldenrod Road regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, they located two victims who had been shot – a
19-year-old man and a woman in her 20s. Both were transported to the hospital, where the man was
pronounced deceased and the woman was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
This is an active and ongoing investigation. We have no additional details to release at this time.
